Who Should Attend?
This Familiarisation Day is intended for "Programme Owners"
who are responsible for employee engagement within their organisation
such as OD Directors, Head of Change, Talent Managers, HR
Directors/Managers, Operational Directors.
It is also intended for those who will have a hands-on operational
role in the implementation of employee engagement initiatives, and also
operational managers and team leaders.
Outcomes
After attending you will be totally familiar with the Engagement programme, its objectives and structure – everything you will need to implement this unique culture and behaviour change programme.
Hands-On Experience
A virtual organisation will be created from those attending this event. We will have a programme owner, sponsor, team leaders and team members. We will run the programme as a ‘live’ event for this virtual organisation. This provides a real, hands-on experience. We will cover every aspect of the programme allowing you total familiarity with the website, the program sequence, measures, activities, and the wide range of resources.
Additional Training Resources
You will also be introduced to additional material for improving the seven Satisfaction @ Work indicator scores.
Networking Opportunity
You will have the opportunity to meet with other Programme Owners, share experiences, ideas and approaches.
Event Leader
The Familiarisation Day will be lead by renown international speaker,
Shay McConnon who is the author of An Even Better Place to Work, many books and videos on subjects related to Employee Engagement.
Shay is also a member of the Magic Circle so expect to be entertained!
