Our extensive involvement in recruitment and selection projects has promoted the introduction of a “menu” approach to new assignments. This enables clients to select the services that are appropriate to their needs; as many or as few as they consider necessary. Additional items can be introduced later, as required
Recruitment and Selection Services:
- Identifying recruitment needs
- Writing person specifications and job descriptions
- Preparing and placing the job advertisement
(in our name if you require a confidential approach) - Researching benefits packages
- Shortlisting candidates
- Interviewing
- Psychometric Testing
- Assessment Centre design and delivery
- Managing large campaigns, including relationships with third party suppliers
- Providing assessor training
- Designing appropriate assessment tools
- Organising and facilitating open day and recruitment fairs
- Conducting a search amongst target companies
- Checking references, professional qualifications and other employment eligibility
Unlike Recruitment Agencies, we do not charge a percentage of the starting salary as a fee. We provide you with an up-front fixed price for the assignment. You have the security of knowing that we will be working quickly and efficiently for you. Half the fixed fee is paid in advance but the remainder is not due for payment until you have made an offer to the successful candidate.
