Teambuilding
Our approach to team development:
When we are contacted by the client regarding a team development event, we explore the outcomes that are trying to be achieved. Our experience shows us that for events to be highly tailored to benefit your business we need to spend time with the team leader and the members of the team to understand the issues.
A combination of activities are considered for each event including:
- 360-degree feedback (Globus360)
- team development events
- one to one coaching
After each team event we receive feedback and hold review meetings to agree how the team want to develop in the future. Coaching is given to team members who would benefit from some independent support.
What types of teams do we work with?
- Teams with a new leader
- Two or more teams merging together
- Setting the direction for the next 12 months and having some fun
- Newly formed project teams
- Teams that want to develop better relationships
- Boards of Directors
- Teams that want to have fun!
